I.e. the book you frequently recommend that most people you've recommended to have enjoyed.

I think for me it's either The Dresden Files (only one person so far has not enjoyed those) or The Parasol Protectorate.

Non-fiction would be The Penguin History of New Zealand. But I recommend that to a more select bunch so there's less likelihood that the people I suggest it to will not enjoy it.
