The thing I hate the most is actually the fans who suddenly "know" stuff.... Sophy Send a noteboard - 15/09/2009 07:49:22 AM
I was annoyed with the books while I cant stand when people write that inaccurate about things I'm very into. This turned out to be the lesser problem though.

The main problem is the ignorant masses that suddenly are experts on religion! The past two years or so I've had lots of heated discussions about Christianity with people that never cared about this stuff before and who believes far too much of what Dan Brown says than they should. And while they dont have any knowledge about the subject outside The DaVinci-Code they cant understand any arguments against. And for some reason they always think that I defend the Catholic Church while I'm against the book, and that I'm a fanatical Christian. And then it always gets really weird and I always get really annoyed with them. And with Dan Brown who started the whole thing.

It's not any worse than Robert Jordan's prose. I'd say it's better, in fact. - 14/09/2009 09:30:17 PM 1037 Views
