For Poetry... so many. Where to begin?

Sappho

Catullus

Ovid

A very few Horace poems

Philip Larkin (debatable as a 'classic';)

Byron

Keats Keats KEATS

Longfellow

William Cullen Bryant

Nice to be able to use class to read things on your personal reading list.

I like Byron and Keats. I am having trouble remembering things I've seen from the others, honestly.
