And of course it is completely legit as it comes from Powells. The pdf is free to download possibly just for today Friday (they have previously made the book available for a set period of time only).
I have not read this book so I'm not so much recommending it as just passing the info on. I did however read a previous series of books by this author back when I was a child and I did really enjoy them. This book is a Young Adult fantasy book (The first in a series) which has a good rating on amazon.com (4.5 stars from 134 reviews)
