Oh, and Regulus Black is introduced. We are told he was a death eater and that he backed out and was killed. Sirius' comment that ``I doubt Regulus was ever important enough to be killed by Voldemort in person'' is funny in retrospect.
And the locket is introduced, of course, buried in a list of other strange objects.
I was just pleased that I noticed this. I'm bad at noticing things. But I found it this time around.
The image in Harry's bedroom is also introduced. And Kreacher.
Ok, I am bad at noticing things. Image in Harry's bedroom? I was looking through the scenes in the room again and am not sure what you're going for. I did, however, manage to notice Kreacher. 
Perhaps I will be able to find it now I know what I'm looking for. Knowing me, maybe not...
The image is the empty portrait of Phineas Nigellus Black (sp?) who spends most of his time in his portrait at Hogwarts but can communicate with the Order for Dumbledore through that portrait. It is also the portrait that Hermione stuffs into her bag in The Deathly Hallows so he can't spy on them.
