My dad used to read to me before I could read for myself, and apparently I would run away from my parents in stores but they always found me in the books section. After a while they didn't call it "running away" but "finding the babysitter".
And once I started to learn to read, I read. I remember what the books - usually folk and fairy tales - looked like, and even some of the things that happened in them.
So.
I never "found" a love of books. I had it all along, in plain sight, and I took and take it for granted that I do love them, and always will.

I disagree - while many SW books are lackluster, Zahn's are some of the worst. *NM*
