i just started the "faded sun" trilogy but i've been a fan of the other books of hers i've tried out. so far this seems like a kind of "dune" knock-off but then i'm only 4 chapters into it as of this writing.
of the other books of hers i've really liked, i think "foreigner" was probably the most compelling. i picked up that book ages ago, read it, thought it was a great novel, then came back to a book store many years later and found out there are like 12 more now i've since read "invader" but then i moved on to other books.

The Faded Sun Series was the first one I ever read of hers...
