I haven't read "Iland in the Sea of Time" yet but I plan to. Danu Send a noteboard - 10/09/2009 09:25:32 PM
The series is well worth reading. I started reading this guy with the Island on the sea of time series which is kind of a sister series to the Dies the fire books.

I really enjoy the way he builds communities and looks at the different ways that people can relate to each other in them. His research into different cultures, history and engineering is pretty intense and makes for a very believable world.

I wholeheartedly agree!
