Catherynne Valente mentioned that Was is one of her favorite books ever, and then yesterday I came across a very good review of Ryman's Air, which I'd also liked.
Cherie Priest - Boneshaker - about 20 pages in, on hold for now
Vera Nazarian - After the Sundial - a collection of scifi short stories (ok on the balance; a few were too abstract, but the 3 longer ones were very good and enjoyable, especially "Custodian Port Blues" and I also liked "The Ballad of Universal Jack" and a novella The Clock King and the Queen of the Hourglass, which I'd read before.
