Thanks for the great review! I'm all excited to read this, and this review only made me more determined to get the book ASAP.

What I was curious about was: has Brandon's work on the Wheel of Time in any way affected how he writes his own stories? Is it obvious from the WoK? If so, in what way (without getting specific).

I haven't read any of the preview chapters on the TOR website, so I'm really curious about this point.
