Both for the good and bad points of the trilogy. I remember having a debate with Sanderson on Westeros 4-5 years ago (unfortunately, the thread was lost in a purge 2-3 years, I believe) on his writing style (this was when I had recently read Elantris and just before Mistborn came out) over prose style and characterizations. It was a very civil and informative discussion and I saw recently where Brandon remembered me enough to refer to me by name in another thread about his works over there.
I will note that after such a talk, my take on what he was doing improved, but maybe some of it was due to him taking constructive criticism from those like myself (I'm not claiming any influence, only that I suspect he might have heard something similar from his editors and others who actually have a say) and refining his dialogues and characterizations. They are far from perfect (skimming through The Way of Kings the other day, I did see a few potentially annoying dialogues, for example), but he does improve from book to book in terms of pacing, prose, and characterization.

You could always do to Mr. Sanderson what I did to Mr. Butcher...
