I was very pleasantly surprised with Mistborn. Tom Send a noteboard - 05/07/2010 06:29:22 PM
There were unexpected twists and turns in the story that kept it very interesting. There is more depth and texture than what you see, although I will admit that a lot of the characters are fairly two-dimensional. On the other hand, some of the most important characters have a bit more to them that meets the eye.

I don't want to ruin the books for you so I won't really say more than that unless you ask specific questions, at which point I could either answer or "RAFO" you if I thought my answer would ruin things for you.
Political correctness is the pettiest form of casuistry.

– Procopius
