Anubis Gates by Tim Powers
Main Spring and Escapement by Jay Lake
The Etched City by K.J. Bishop
I consider some of VanDerMeer and M. John Harrison to cross into Steam Punk as well.
If you haven't read any Tim Powers, I certainly recommend his work. It's difficult to exactly define what he writes, but he fuses historical fiction, with fantasy, mythology, horror, etc. Good stuff.
