I'll do a title/condition inventory for you. LiterateDog Send a noteboard - 27/04/2010 08:40:38 PM
I've got dozens in perfect condition that my father left me. I've been wondering how to get rid of them. Think I should sell 'em on eBay or craigslist or something?

Considering the cheapest on Amazon is around $40, I would imagine you could get some nice dough for them. I have a moratorium on buying new books (trades are a different matter) until I have a full-time job again, otherwise I'd probably pay a few hundred if you had some nice ones for sale.

Selling 'em might be a lot of trouble. I'd let you have the books until you could pay for 'em. Or, if you have a favorite or two, I'd just give those to you. I was going to put them on a table in my building lobby with a sign saying "free books". I'm trying to go all digital except for books that have special meaning attached to the actual copy. Not tonight, though. Probably this weekend.
