I didn't think that it would be something or someone obvious that I deal with in a concious manner. I tried to think of what things that I ignored in daily life but seemed to come out in reoccuring nightmares or bad dreams. Something normally kept in a mental cellar. It was disturbing to peek in that cellar and see the possibilities.

Did anyone else do any soul-searching and cringing? Obviously nobody is going to want to give specifics. I was just curious if anyone else did the same thing.
