I saw them in every bookshop in New Zealand, and I see them here a lot too.

Maybe they're not readily available in the USA?


I see them in every bookstore that has an english section with sff, here... Not sure about the cycle of fire books he was talking about, though. So it is probably a publishing deal, the ties to the UK tends to be more important when it comes to books here than the ties to the US, unless you go to specialised stores.
