I mean that I have a lot of things I want in my life, and I'd like it for my wife to have a career as well, so we can live comfortably and afford things for ourselves, and our children. I mean that I probably would not marry someone without a career unless I happened to be very rich personally. If you see this as a negitive, it's extremely odd considering how many women want careers, and blame men for trying to hold them back as stay-at-home mothers. I wish to do the opposite.
I know she wasn't doing work exactly at the moment she was giving birth, but the environment is extremely inappropriate for a person to be conducting business.
If you actually think I believe that it is immature to work, you need to go back to school. Or, if you believe that the woman's working while in labor is going to necessitate more time off for her child later in life.
Well... as I said, if she gets the work she has to do (with the law alfie, things have to be filed, etc by certain deadlines.) If she gets those done, she can take a few days/weeks off from work once her child is born. It was a short run issue. In the short run, if she completes those things prior to the birth, she has time after the birth...
Please.
