You happen to offend people a lot without even meaning to. Such as the whole "Let's not be stupid Southerners!" comments.
Hrm. Well, when I realized people would take offense, I edited. I am sorry that I offend less easily than the people on here, but you won't have to worry about it long. The reason I gave Arok my points was that people on here are SO overly sensitive it is not fun to be here anymore. THIS post is an amazing example of why I am leaving. And without a sappy "Goodbye post".
I'm not being judgemental. No one is critising the post, or the woman in her desire for self improvement, but the location she chose to pursue such an endeavor. It would be equally bad coming from a male, in a similar situation.
There IS NO SIMILAR situation for a male. When my male boss came back to work a short time after his bypass, no one was like, OOOOH You crazy person, you are ignoring a special time in your life. You suck. IT IS a double standard.
