Rather than focusing on her personal life at one of the most important moments of that personal life, she decided to work. That is messed up. People like that should be shot.

Furthermore, given what was going on, a client has every right to suspect that she may not have been fully occupied with their concerns and has every right to reject payment and report her to the bar for unethical billing.
I was actually more mad at her boss, the big man, who suggested since her labor was extended that someone take her a laptop and hand recorder. Uh huh. Sad.
