My boss had a baby last night. Guess what she did while she was in labor... Revised two memos and a pre-trial brief and dictated 3 letters. Yes, that is right. While going through one of the hardest things that can occur in someone's life, she billed 9 hours, at $500 per hour. So she made $4,500 while she was in labor. Women are SO much cooler than men!

Your boss is crazy, and not in a good way. No job is that important unless actual lives hang in the balance. Like she couldn't have got someone else to do that stuff for her.

Yes, she did get paid for nine hours, but if $500 is her hourly going rate then $4500 can't be that much for her.

Next stop, nervous breakdown .

EDIT: And we smell better.

I'll give you that . Scent of a womaaaaaan...
