But what you had to say was brilliant, and I thank you for sharing it. The part about them looking to someone else to be strong and confident is SO right! That's true even in everyday management; it's a hundred times more important in a situation like this. I'll try to keep that thought in the forefront of my mind and repeat it to myself so that I can truly lead, and not just "boss".
