She is forgetful. Both about who she said could stay at her place, and about telling me about who she said could stay at her place.

I'll NB her, confirm that she knows yer planning to stay at her place, then add you to the list.

Believe me, her forgetting who is staying at her place has been a running theme, don't take it personally.
