Mike, Pento, admins, everyone else. It's only logical - Mike owns the site, Pento is very involved with the broad running of the site, and admins deal with the day to day stuff.

Not really, except for respect. Post like an idiot and you get treated like an idiot, post half-sensibly and you get more respect.

*snickers* I remember when we first started chatting about elders/newbies as a joke. Doesn't mean a thing, except to newer people that think it does.

Depends what you mean. Higher standing in the running of the site? Of course, we are the ones that do most of the work behind the scenes. Naturally our voices carry more weight there. In the community? Not really, except when we are doing something official in the service of the community.

Maybe? To be honest, I only skim through the message board now.
