-Do you think that there is an explicit hierarchy at wotmania? If so, how does it break down?

Yup, I see it as quality posters get more respect. Especially those who contribute regularly. TMJ put it better in his 20K post.
-Do the terms Elder, Midbie, and Newbie actually mean anything for a person, or is it just a title that establishes how long someone has been at the site?
Yup, they mean you have no clue how this site works. It may mean folks have been here long, but still don't get it, or they may mean they are still asking "How do I stop being a n00b"
-Do you think that the admins on the site are in higher standing than the other members?
Most, most were chosen because they were strong contributers to a certain portion of the site.
-In your opinion, do those who post on the Community MB think that they are “better” than those on the WoT MB?
At times, we know we have more fun

They seem to, just because the site is a wot fan site, and they actually talk about wot
