I don't know how to figure this out.

I think... but I'm not sure... let me give you the problem:

How would you prepare 1000ml of a 5% methenamine solution using a 20% methenamine solution?

I thought about trying the equation with the C1V1 = C2V2. Would that make sense?
But you were on the right track.

Gr. I hate math. I just have no concept for what makes sense and what doesn't, sadly. (I'm going to need some really good study buddies for my MCAT )
If you need any more help feel free to ask. I'm a chemistry honours student and I supervise a first year university lab class.
