When I was a gangly 6'1" 17 year-old, she stood toe to toe with me, peering up at my face, and said:
"You may be big......but I can still belt you"
...and she meant it. She was a tough Lady, my granny, and had to be in those times.
I think one needs to be tough in these times too, but sadly have forgotten.
