First of all - you're bringing in other actions (Yugoslavia) which have nothing to do with anything.
Second of all - any military member (yes Brits too) accept blue on blue casualties as a regrettable fact of war.
And just because you haven't heard of any, doesn't mean there weren't any. They aren't always spread around the news.
You grouse about a handful of small errors (sad, but they are going to happen) and ignore the greater achievments. That just makes you look biased and foolish.
But by all means, keep your silly opinions. I'll just make certain that they are revealed for what they are. Shall I go out and research and dig up every single British friendly fire incident in recent history just to satisfy you? Nah. Not worth the time. If there is an iota of fairness in you give it a whirl. You'll find out your own forces aren't so perfect as you'd like to think.
