I think you're being extremely foolish.
I said (earlier in reference to your statement indicating your surpise that the Iraqi health ministry hasn't failed already due to the fact that it is run independently):
"Edit: And that would be viewed as a failure of the coalition's work."
To clarify, the coalition set up the ministry to fill the administrative fallout from Saddam's ousting. They then handed over (fairly recently) complete power of the ministry to members of the IGC. Thus, if the minsitry fails, the CPA shares part of the responsibility for their failure to reconstruct the health ministry (as far as we know, It hasn't failed yet, nor is there prevalent critcism of its operation - but then how would we know with the more serious problems underfoot in Iraq?).
Please don't try and dignify these gangs as "freedom fighters". That's disgusting and insulting. The only thing these guys are fighting for is hatred.
I don't think what they're doing is condusive to peace either but I do believe that the coalition triggered this (the heavy fighting which saw at least 770-950 dead - that includes coalition soldiers), is dawdling and not doing the best job it can in Iraq (it has been more than a year now since Saddam was ousted).
And I'm not bothering with the rest of this post as it's pointless trying to confuse you with facts when you're mind is clearly made up.
I would be interested to see your facts (seriously), you haven't offered many so far. I would point out that I have provided more documentation. I can only offer my word that I try to keep an open mind. Now, you may believe what you will about me.
Just to conclude, I disagree with balck and white appraches because that's about making it easier for oneself and harder for everyone else (e.g. the Iraqi population).
