Not enough Brit aircraft to make it very likely. Most blue on blues are either misaimed armored rounds (in which case it's likely that nationals will hit their own nationals) or, more commonly, aircraft.
When the US Army, Navy, Marines and Air Force have thousands of planes in the air and the Brits have less than two dozen, it's just not too likely that there will be any from the Brits. Just as it's likely that a similar sized force of US aircraft will also have none.
