So in small communities there are 3 or 4 schools to cater for the different class-levels?
Not false equalisation, though, in some cases. For a year in my secondary years I lived below the poverty line, but thanks to school uniforms no-one was any the wiser for it.
so this neighborhood is middle class and it has one high school, this neighborhood is poor and it has one high school, this neighborhood is rich and it has one high school. etc.
and in the north it also runs along racial lines too.
