It's Juneau, they didn't exactly have another flight any sooner
How on earth did they manage to make it end up in Vegas???
they never explained. I'm thinking either the bag had a gambling problem or there was a mixup when they put on the tags. I'm leaning toward the first one
Really? I quite like KLM, myself...
actually, this is speculation. I've never flown KLM, but the one flag airline I have been on, Alitalia, was the worst flight of my life. And a friend of mine flew Air France, the first thing he said to me was "never, ever, ever, fly Air France"

so I'm just making baseless generalizations
