My favorites would be Full Metal Alchemist and Spiral, though I'm quite fond of what I've seen of Slayers, which isn't much.
And I'm going to Otakon this summer with many online people. Which is oddly enough why I started watching anime, so I haven't seen much. A bunch of my friends were all meeting in Baltimore for Otakon this summer, and they convinced me to go, and then set me on anime. XD
