No... oh, unless they're on a hitlist. Then they probably have reason to fear not being able to see what is going on around them at all times. I suggest large stadium lights. You know - those wonderfully-bright-that-they-bind-you ones.

Because. Well, because I don't really think I have much to be afraid of. That and I can see pretty well in the dark anyway.

Oh yeah. When I was little, sure I did. That and the monster under my bed.

Because I didn't know what was around me. Or rather, couldn't see what was around me.
