don't really mind, it's no different than being in the back seat of a car for a long drive

in moderation. When I went to Alaska three years ago my plane from Juneau to Seattle was delayed for technical problems with the plane for seven hours. That's a bit too much waiting

YES. on a flight from St. Louis back to New York my bag never came out of the baggage claim. I got it three days later, apparently they found it in Vegas.

any european national flag airline, except maybe british airways (never been on it, dont know)
