Well, they did get it to me eventually. We've had even worse trouble with the TV recently. Both companies refused to pay, even though we took out an insurance cover plan which should have let us pay nothing. The reason was that the plan had expired while they were still trying to fix the thing – we reported the fault before it ran out, but they kept coming and fixing it and it went wrong again because they misdiagnosed it and......
They wouldn't even talk to each other, and resorted to asking my mum what the other company had told us! We did not let them get away with that! And they tried to suggest that they'd pay for the repair and we'd pay for the parts. Cheeky beggars.
