...waiting for my flight back to the UK, which doesn't depart till 11.30, and I figured it's time for a survey. Oh, and I've only got 10 minutes of internet time left, because I can't be bothered to buy more, so it'll have to be a quick one.

1. Have you ever been on an airplane?
Yes.

2. Where did you go? Or if you fly too much to say all, where do you go most of the time?
Uh, New Zealand twice and Sydney once. No, twice. And Canberra. I think that's all.

3. Do you like flying? Why (not)?
Yeah, it's great!

4. Don't you just love sitting at an airport waiting for your flight? I know I do. So many people to watch, so many things to see....
Oh, yes. It's such a lively place.. everybody waiting for something or other. All that anticipation! Good times...

5. Any funny plane/airport related stories?
Nah, not really. I stick to the rules.

6. What do you usually do during your flight? Just sit and wait? Read? Sleep?
I stare out the window a lot. I like looking down at everything... then freaking out thinking why are we too low! We're all going to die! Uh, but apart from that... I read, listen to the music on the planes... you know, the usual.

7. Window or aisle seat?
Preferably window.

8. Have you ever missed a flight? If so, what did you do?
Nah. I get so worked up, I turn up an hour ro two early!

9. What's your favourite airport? Why?
I like the Brisbane International one. Sure, it's my own city's one - but that's partly why I like it. I'm still at home, though I'm about to leave. I can be comfortable and still stare at people. Uhm, yeah.

10. If money wasn't an issue, would you travel by plane more often?
Well... nah. Going interstate by car is actually sometimes OK. If you have company, I guess. But overseas... well, I sure as hell aren't taking a boat, so it's be great if international flights were cheaper.

11. If you could take a flight to anywhere you want, but you'd have to leave right now, with just enough time to pack a suitcase, where would you go?
England, for sure.

12. Has the airline ever lost your suitcase? Which airline was it?
Nope. Thank goodness. Especially seeing as I only usually take one. And it's small. What can I say... I pack light. Even for a chic.

13. It looks like I'll be flying a lot in the years to come. What airlines should I avoid?
No idea. I've always been a Qantas girl, so I really can't say.

I'll go and find myself some food now, because they don't even feed you on these short flights....a sandwich with a slice of cheese that tastes like plastic is the best I can hope for.
