It is FAR TOO HOT here during the summer
It is indeed. Remember I did basic training in San Antonio. In July and August.
You roast here. Blech. It is 85 now.
True enough. I'd probably be more of a Spring person if I lived there.
England is classic. I highly recommend that trip.
I'm hoping for next year. I'll be up to three weeks paid holiday time and may be able to arrange a tourney there which means all or most of the expenses would be paid.
Awwwww. You are going to see April in April? Or May, I forget. I will be there for a trial from the end of April through May 9 or 10. Maybe we can get together if you are there the same time.
That'd be fun but we'll miss both by time and distance. April and I are meeting in Mid May but we're doing it in Chicago. I'm flying out May 13th (April's going a day earlier to visit an old friend) and we're both coming back on the 16th.
I AM hoping to be able to run the tourney I want to do in Dallas, though. *IF* it happens (and it will depend on several things including the success of a couple of prior tournaments) it will likely be in February.
yeah me either
I've made one or two trips on my own. I'm the most boring company I can imagine.
Parka. What a canook
Would you care to face 40 below in a t-shirt?
corpse=bad
Well, quiet anyway.
Ah horses. I love 'em
NB Branwhin if you want to talk equestrian. Or April. Branwhin used to be a Provincial Champion equestrian in English riding and April's dad raises and races standard breds.
