Toshiba's are very solid excalibur - 12/04/2004 11:18:05 AM

I am generally anti-them because a Toshiba laptop (a Satellite) led to one of the most embarrassing phone calls I have had. However you can beat them up, take them to bits and put them back together and they keep working. Generally speaking though Dell are more competitive on price and performance while being almost as solid too.
