oh, my bad. i just came in for the night when i read your post so i only just glanced over it. yeah, he should have just came back 30 min. later. he always just knocks on the door, shouts maintenance a couple times and then comes on in. maybe i should suggest not coming in right away if no one answers the door but there is a car in the parking lot. That would make alot of sense, which is an argument both for doing it and for not doing it...
