What are your thoughts?
I always get mad about children who go to church- I don't think they should go until they have been allowed to make an informed decision, as you say- yet at the same time I realize that some of my beliefs were gotten from my parents. In a way it's different because I was raised to believe "whatever I believed, not what I was told to believe" but I can't help having some of my ideas from my mother. If she was religious, would I follow her religion, even if she gave me the option when I was young to wait until I was older to decide? Probably so. It bums me out, but probably so.
