I hate people that are unable to express themselves briefly. They make or more sentences to say something that was clear after the first one. But still they keep on talking or writing and only repeat what has been said before. And although it is absolutely unnecessary they continue repeating again and again what most of their listeners or readers have realized long ago. But this won´t stop them from babbling and writing...
