It's some time that odd things are happening with Libya. If I remember well, Libya has the chair for the Human Rights (!) U.N. committe, since some month. Seems to me that our Western governments desperataly need something(not tellig what exactly) from Mr. Gheddafi...or I am missing some clue?
But I have a feeling they got it partly from Arabic and African votes, though I could be wrong. But it does seem the West is suddenly very, very keen to get on with Ghaddafi...
