yes I do regular exercise. Lots of it. I prefer doing cardio exercise that really gets a sweat up but makes me feel good afterwards. I always do some weights though. No protein shakes or supplements. I'm generally pretty happy with how I look and a relatively helathy diet and exercise works fine for me.
Definitely. I love Cardio, especially how after getting all sweaty you feel really great... wow... that's what you said. You weirdo Aussie!
I only take protein shakes very occasionally, as I don't want to do anything odd to myself. Or really get musclely and turn into a gorilla. I'm actually rather thin, but with decent muscle definition. How I like it.
