Essentially, accepting the Pope's decision depends on whether you accept certain things in the Bible as more than metaphor.
Shouldn't you figure out whether evolution is real--soemthing scientifically verifiable and supportable, not a nebulous matter of faith--and then base your level of literalism on that?
