However, I have Dell at work, I will be using Dell at a future work site, and I have a Dell at home. To me, the customer service, and the quality of the computer is worth it, though I have not had the trouble you have had, so it is a biased opinion.

The computer I'm on right now is six years old, and I have never had a problem with it. It hasn't even been turned off in like three years.
