it can't be sold in north america?

It was sold in the UK. The Internet attacks their stupid protectionist ways. It is very hard to determine where a sale actually took place on an Internet transaction. Was it where the server is located, where the company that owns the website is registered, where the goods where shipped from?

I mean, how do you stop a book being sold, anyway?

It has become very difficult with globalisation .
