So Mel Gibson got to make his movie, why is this frowned upon?

Mel's movie was frowned upon, did you miss it?

Mel is still gonna manage to personally pocket about $400 million.

So... you know... don't even think about kidnapping his kid or trying to be English and run things in Scotland or North America or commit a crime in LA or operate a post-apocalyptic motocycle gang in Australia.
