Considering that the Pope himself in the 80's/90's (whichever), met with many theoretical physicists during a conference. He OK'd what they said about the universe and its age, and everything, the only thing he said was that they couldn't delve into was the Big Bang since it was the moment of creation.
Since the Pope himself has acknowledged the Big Bang as occuring, and evolution, why do many people persist in ignoring that?
The only thing that sustains one through life is the consciousness of the immense inferiority of everybody else, and this is a feeling that I have always cultivated.
