Seeing as Druid is currently missing in action (or in China if you want to be accurate), I’ve made up a replacement quiz, till he gets back

1. Which year is it generally considered that the Romans ended the druidic religion in Britain?

no clue really.

2. Where was the last strong hold of the druids in Britain?

avalon?

3. The Roman writer Pliny the Elder (Gaius Plinius Secundus, 23/24-79 A.D.) believed the word druid to be a cognate of which two words? (one mark for each)

I don't feel I am doing well here.

4. What is the name of the Druid in Asterix?

In french, it's panoramix, I believe. In swedish, it's miraculix (don't ask...)

5. Where is our Druid from? (the town of his origin)

england somewhere?

6. What plants do druids gather? (name the main, most famous one)

mistletoe! (I know my asterix!)

7. What do they use to gather it with?

I don't know the english word... damnit. gold... and that half moon thingy which is sharp.

8. Can you name Druid’s favourite song?

Downunder?

9. Druid has two dogs, what breed are they?

Ah...this one I should know. they are probably terriers.
