I remember the subtitled parts of Trainspotting...that was what I imagine Scottish accents really sound like, not like, as you said, Mel Gibson or Austin Powers. Shite...that can be hard to understand, but cool nonetheless.I sound quite similiar to trainspotting, but more harsh, renton sounded a bit posh!!

Are there a lot of Greeks in Scotland or did you just meet someone who sounded awful?A few guys i met at uni, there english was good it just sounded a bit mad.
